Big Shout out to the team at M-N-M roofing. The company was a class act to work with and really made customer satisfaction a top priority. The project was a complete new roof and replacing leaking skylights. They replaced the skylights with Velux with solar shades and remote opening! Company communicated every step of the project and when we ran into some obstacles the team of Chris, Vincent and Glenn assessed and fixed the issue. Of all the estimates, M-N-M was near the top, but that’s because an experienced estimator (Joe) came out and measured everything, at least 3 times. Had we went with another company, chances are there would have been many extras added along the way.
Our house has a complicated 32sq roof, with many dormers, stand outs, and a fairly large EPDM roof in the back 1/4. There was also a good size chimney they removed. They also replaced all the gutters, and added gutters to the dormers (none were there before). They also rerouted the downspouts to make it nice, neat and flow the way we wanted, all out to the street via underground PVC.
We need some cedar shake siding repaired, but it was unavoidable, since it was very old cedar shakes, which were essentially rotten. The team actually replaced what they could using the shakes we had on hand.
MNM was responsive whenever we had questions, and they even changed the downspout color on the fly since we felt it was not a good match when install day came.
